Binibeca lies on the south east coast about five miles from Mahon and stretches from Cala Torret marking the eastern extreme to Binibeca Vell, the famous fisherman's village. The beach, a good sheltered and calm Cala (inlet), with it's fine white sand is ideal for young children.

The resort itself has a single main street with 2 small shopping areas on either side. Just behind the beach there is a lovely block paved promenade, which starts at the Hotel Victoria Playa and runs the full length of the resort. The path passes a number of playgrounds for the children to play in and the pool areas of many of the other hotels.

Son Bou, with its wonderful beach and coastline, is rightly famous for its natural beauty and archaeological culture. Son Bou is the ideal place to make your base from which you can explore the wonderfully diverse island of Menorca.
